Empower Simcoe is thrilled to announce that a Community Living Ontario Self Advocate Research Group is currently conducting an important Experience with Passport Funding survey.

If you or someone you know identifies with an intellectual disability, please participate and share your valuable input.

The Research Group’s primary goal is to gain insights into what does and doesn’t work with passport funding. The survey’s aim is to explore what individuals understand about Passport funding, how to apply for it, how to utilize it, and whether they are connected to a support agency.
